Cape Girardeau, Missouri

The Kohlfeld Scorpions Rugby Club was founded in 1972.

Originally, the team resided on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University, and was named the "Southeast Missouri Rugby Club."

Eventually, the team moved off-campus and became a senior men's club in the Missouri Rugby Union, gained Kohlfeld Distributing as a sponsor and adopted the current name and mascot.

Now, the Scorpions are dedicated to sharpening their skills on the field, being involved in their community and of course, having fun!

Newcomers of all skill levels are welcome throughout the entire year.

Currently practice is suspended due to COVID.

We will begin practice as soon as it is safely possible.

Our players feed off their fans' enthusiasm, and nothing screams 'game day' like a full set of bleachers.

Home games are free and open to the public at the Osage Centre field.

Sponsorship opportunities are

also available!

Keep up with the Scorpions all season long. All home games are at the

Osage Centre field in Cape Girardeau, MO.

We often travel together to away games, so feel free to pack up your car and caravan on down the road with us!

Currently all games are on hold due to the Corona Virus
We will update this page just as soon as we
are able to resume play.
